LyricsEdit

  • One day in your life
  • You’ll remember a place
  • Someone touching your face
  • You’ll come back
  • And you’ll took around you
  • One day in your life
  • You’ll remember the love you found here
  • You’ll remember me somehow
  • Though you don’t need me now
  • I will stay in your heart
  • And when things fall apart
  • You’ll remember one day
  • One day in your life
  • When you find that you’re always waiting
  • For the love we used to share
  • Just call my name and I’ll be there
  • You’ll remember me somehow
  • Though you don’t need me now
  • I will stay in your heart
  • And when things fall apart
  • You’ll remember one day
  • One day in your life
  • When you find that you’re always lonely
  • For the love we used to share
  • Just call my name and I’ll be there

ChartsEdit

It was also released as a single in the UK in April 1975 but failed to chart. It was then re-activated by Motown in 1981, to cash-in on the success of Michael's Off The Wall album and it stormed to no.1 in Dutch, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, South Africa, the UK and Zimbabwe. It gave Michael his first solo no.1 in the UK with over 500,000 sales. It also reached no.9 in Australia and no.55 in the US Billboard Hot 100. It even got charted at no.94 in the 2009 UK Singles Chart.[2]
